It's that time of year.  I'm starting to get an increasing number of calls from the 907 area code.  I always pick up when I see that code, because even if I don't know exactly who it is, it's always someone I want to talk to. Once again, I'm  homesick for Alaska.  Herring season is just around the corner, and I'll be chasing salmon again, before I know it. Every year, I think "I'm done."  But then spring rolls around....
