Harping and Hiking in Klawock

Today was a spectacular day off from fishing chores. The timing was finally right to get my act together to play at Mass fit St. John's by the Sea in Klawock. Wonderful setting!

We followed this with a spectacular hike up behind the quarry in honor of our friend Dean Waterman, who did not make it up here this season. Next year, Dean! What a view! I didn't think I was in good enough shape to do it. But the old legs still work well uphill.

Wow. We didn't even untie the lines today! Nice to have a day off, but will also be nice to get underway again soon.
